I actually respect (and I'm not just trying to kiss butt) Craig's stance on swearing! thats why this site is so rare in the fact that it isn't marred by constant profanities that mean naff all to the one who projected it. Gutter language belongs just there...in the gutter. I do however think that certain words are justified when expressing yourself on here, but I do actually prefer to read it in disguised format, as I can still understand it, but its not offending as many people. My bottom line is, YES, SWEARING SHOULD BE APPLIED, BUT ONLY IN THE CORRECT CONTEXT, AND NOT THROWN AROUND LIKE ITS GOING OUTA FASHION! Take Sly's dialog in Nighthawks when Wulfgar cuts Billy D Williams in the face, yes it was very excessive, but it was used and manipulated correctly for that scene, this is what a lotta people have to appreciate, use it, but use it passionately and intelligently!
