Recently David Cook took a shot Michael Jackson's "Billie Jean". It was amazing. I was knocked out by David's Cook's "Billie Jean". It was bold, innovative and actually Chris Cornell's "Billie Jean". Shades of Daughtry.

Doing a remake of a remake and not nearly even as good as Cornell's version...pathetic!
I have no use for that show...I'd rather listen to real musicians. Not watered down music for wannabes on a silly reality show.

Actually, Cornell has come out in defense of Cook's rendition and even complemented him on his singing of it!
I can't wait for the 4th version by Quentin Tarantino. It will be a daring, original work.
Actually, Cornell's version isn't so hot. I don't like the arrangement of the chorus at all. I have no idea who the guy on the left is, so I can't comment on what he did with the track.

I guess that's why there's different types of music for different tastes. I'm really diggin' what Cornell did with it.
