3:10 to Yuma

I really like the trailer. I'm not overly fond of the full poster. I hope to love the movie.

Just watched the original with Glenn Ford. Great movie. I don't think it needed a remake.

Chad, I didn't need that extra slice of pie, but it was still good...

The poster bugs me... you've got some guy with one foot on the railroad track and two guns drawn, but why is he holding the gun in his left hand like that? Also the coat that he's wearing seems like something out of a Shaft movie...

But I still have high hopes for the movie!

So do I. It looks like it can stand alone from the original. Crowe and Bale look awesome in it. Maybe I'll have a second piece of pie, also.

Craig,
The train in the poster has that weird tangent on his knee too. The left hand gun looks like a P-Shop afterthought. Just as long as they don't remake ONCE UPON A TIME IN THE WEST, it's all good pie! I agree on the coat... different era, and gender....

You're right, Rafael. Possibly a pocket watch in the left hand at one point, maybe? The train may have been running late. 3:11, perhaps?

Raf and Chad -- excellent observations... more pie anyone?

CZ, the guns he is using are called Scofields. Rather than a loading gate towards the back of the cylinder, the gun actually breaks over on a hinge at the bottom exposing the entire back of the cylinder. Makes it faster to reload than the Peacemaker that Crowe has or the Colt Army that Bale uses. If you check out the photos on the IMDB site, you can see a shot of Foster reloading and get an idea. That is probably why he is holding it like that. Also he is wearing his guns backwards Wild Bill style. It takes a bit of a different movement to re-holster.
